Chris & Tal's Better Tzatziki
Ingredients
1 container (16 ounces) plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 a seedless cucumber chopped into small cubes
1-1/2 tsp salt
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tbsp dill
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp red wine vinegar
Ground black pepper
Directions: combine ingredients and refrigerate before serving.
